Description
Pelagic species occuring in the rocky habitat. Scale-ripper. Caught at depths from 60-100 metres, but has also been seen in the shallow rocky habitat. Breeding behaviour is interesting as it involves a pair bond even though they are mouthbrooders in which the female broods the eggs. Come to shoreline to release their fry.
